Shipping policy

At Brecken Wild, all items are made to order and ship directly from our print partners. Please review the details below before placing your order:

Orders are shipped USPS

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days. Because each item is made just for you, please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Time:
Transit times vary by destination:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after production

• International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item type and delivery location. Most U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at breckenwild@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Info:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
