Refund & Return Policy

At Brecken Wild, every item is made to order with care and intention — just for you.
We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us, which is why we offer 30-day, risk-free returns.

We’re happy to replace, refund, or issue store credit if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• There’s a manufacturing defect

• Your order is lost in transit

• Or, you simply have a change of heart

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

To start a return or replacement, please email breckenwild@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos, and we’ll take care of it quickly and kindly.
